Ancient Egypt women and their hairdressing |
The haircut is the important express of personality. The special hair-doing thing started in ancient societies. In Rome, Greece or Egypt coiffure frequently showed the status of people who wore them.
For the extraordinary haircut one doesn’t have to develop, if we observe the backward societies for example in Africa, we’ll see that many of them have their traditional, own hair-style.
Beauty is the fact, so nobody can deny it, but for different people there are various criterions. A lot of people consider that the charming hairdressing is the thing of main importance; they pay a lot of attention to it and sometimes have discomfort if the hair-style-result is not satisfying.

African tribe hair-style |
18 years old Eqvtime Kherodinashvili admits that coiffure is the dominant thing in creating one’s own style. The haircut should be preferred by how much it goes on one’s face shapes. Eqvtime averagely needs 15-17 minutes a day for making the desirable hairdressing and often gets the compliments from people he meets during the day. He watches “Fashion TV” and frequently polishes his style from there, he also likes experiments and is planning to change the hair color (hopes his family won’t mind that).
Mariam Chumburidze is the psychologist, in her opinion, for most of the youngster’s hair-style expresses the identity. By that teenagers are trying to be distinguished from others, and for those who look quit standard way-are frequently afraid of showing their individualism and independence. From time to time all of the youngsters find their own places in society and for most of them the psychic complexes stays behind, in past.
She thinks, that importance of being different for teenagers is quit healthy and diversity makes world interesting.

Mariam admitted “according to ancient, Asian philosophy the hair is like an aerial, it brings and maintains the information. People who have redundant data in their heads often have the head-washing mania and bold men are said to have some extra sexual demands (which is the cause of their boldness)”.
Style and fashion changes but variety remains the same. Nowadays citizens often see some teenagers with extraordinary hairdressings in Tbilisi-expressing their protest or just wearing identity on head.

The last Potter
Yang wizard’s, Harry Potter’s story had been among one of the most popular ones for the last decade. Joan Rowling wrote seven averagely thick books about her “scarelbowed” character and since the first book Potter saga stickers appeared on a various sort of subjects, starting from the school notebooks ending with bed-sheets. The movies were shot as well; the fans saw the last films first part (the last potter is divided into two parts) in 2010 on 19th of November.
As the critics say the movie was quite awesome but lasted too long. The last Potters the very last film’s premiere is planed to appear in cinemas in 2011. The movie is named “the deathly hallows” and differs from the other six parts by its plot, the action does not take place traditionally at school of witchcraft and wizardry “Hogwarts”, but in the whole magic world of Britain. Harry, Ron and Hermione are searching for the horcruxes (the things where Voldemort put his divided parts of soul) to destroy them-by that kill lord Voldemort for the last time.
The rumors say that the movie will be much more “bloody” and also here one will evaluate the mystic story about three brothers and their deathly hallows. The sixth movie was too much interpreted by the director and that fact displeasured the fans. Potter saga lovers from all over the world are waiting for the last film and the movie will be in digital 3D. Enjoy the trailer:

Oktoberfest is annual German festival held in Munich, Bavaria. The event duration is approximately 16-18 days. The Oktoberfest 2010 is ongoing event and it finishes on 4th of October exceptionally, marking its 200 years jubilee. As usual people come to the festival from all over the world to taste traditional German food. This year, in Munich the beer price for one liter varies from 8, 40 EUR to 8, 90 EUR.
The Georgian Oktoberfest traditionally lasts only one day. Decorated yard, amphitheatre and café of Goethe Institute attracts tans of beer addicted costumers and also them-who just adore German traditions and its history. The number of wooden glasses on the festival desks made clear, that the festival was getting more and more popular for Georgian people. However if you looked around, you would see quite a lot of German citizens as well, some of them dressed up in their traditional costumes, proposing toasts loudly to each other.
Ralph was one of those who assisted the organizers in arranging the event. He says that the festival had been taking place for several years, but this year came much more people than in the previous ones. The main prize of the lottery, the travel tour in Germany was sponsored by the Lufthansa, the largest European airline and flag carrier of Germany, but most of the other staff by the Goethe Institute itself. As Ralph says, organizing this kind of celebration is quite a labour-consuming job, so the Institute is grateful to its students for giving a hand;
The nineteen years old students, Eqvtime Kherodinashvili and Gocha Gabodze come to Oktoberfest each year (the Oktoberfest had been celebrated in Tbilisi for three years). As Eqvtime says he was informed about the event by the social media cell Facebook and decided to attend right away. He likes German culture a lot and hopes to find interesting people on festival each year but has no success yet. He and his friend were just enjoying their beer--watching the performance from time to time. Gocha Gabodze says, that a year later when he was a Goethe Institute student, he himself took a part in decorating the yard for the festival. He is quite a beer lover person so he never loses this kind of celebrations. Unfortunately Gocha was upset this year, because this was the very one festival in which he could not win any of the lottery prizes.
As the guys say the Oktoberfest 2010 in Tbilisi was much more fun then the previous ones, they just complained about the prizes-admitting that students does no have this high income to sit here until the very finish of the festival and buy the drinks and snacks. However, Georgian Oktoberfest is over for this year, but next late September the Goethe Institute will welcome you once more to brand new festival.
